You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night. You pass by a bus stop, and you see three people waiting for the bus:

1. An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.
2. An old friend who once saved your life.
3. The perfect man (or) woman you have been dreaming about.

Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing that there could only be one passenger in your car?

Think before you continue reading. This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once actually used as part of a job application.

You could pick up the old lady, because she is going to die, and thus you should save her first; or you could take the old friend because he once saved your life, and this would be the perfect chance to pay him back. However, you may never be able to find your perfect dream lover again.

The candidate who was hired (out of 200 applicants) had no trouble coming up with his answer.
He simply answered: "I would give the car keys to my old friend, and let him take the lady to the hospital. I would stay behind and wait for the bus with the woman of my dreams."

The skills of sales are hard to nurture and instill among oneself unless he contacts with customer regularly. This continuous contact with customers will not only help to sharpen him but also help to create the opportunities, new account for business. Sales personal need to use his heart to serve the customer needs rather than thinking of selling the products to the customers. The sales person needs to make the customer feel comfortable with him.

Rather being how unique is the product, the best way to feel and engage customers are the usage cases. Those show that how it solves the pain points that currently customers are having. In this way, customers believe it can solve its pain point then they have accepted the products or solutions.

Sensage Market Leader in Japan

According to a report by Japanese market analysis firm ITR Corporation, SenSage, Inc., an enterprise software leader, has earned the top spot in market share for security log management software in Japan.

Nearly twice that of the nearest competitor, the study of nearly 30 vendors that compete in the security log management market in Japan shows SenSage with a dominant market share of 30.4 percent. ITR cited SenSage's network of distribution and reseller partners and overall product quality as key differentiators in the marketplace. The report cited, in addition, SenSage's excellence in scalability, storage and analytical functions as key technical advantage.
