A client is being issued with a support ID for the project. With the ID, clients can ring our help desk to log for support. Customers have the ability to create new support requests as well as view the status of current ones that are in progress on a weekly report or daily if case is registered as priority. New support requests are sent directly to our certified and experienced help desk support staff. Clients can request to look at their support request history, which can prove to be a powerful auditing .
Extended service allows our support associates to offer live remote computer support to our clients. Such live support service allows quick and cost effective solutions to common technology problems. With clients’ consent our support associates will have the ability to resolve problems efficiently. All technical documentations or download are make available once released to the assigned contact of the clients.
